IMP Strategy & Modus Operandi 2025-2027 ("Phase II") + Co-Chairing Arrangements

1. Are you in favour of WBCSD becoming a Partner of the Platform?(Required)

2.Are you in favour of extending Phase II and the co-chairing period for UNEP FI and Capitals Coalition until the end of 2027?(Required)
This proposition is similar to the precedent set during Phase I, where an extension of the co-chairing arrangement (with UNEP FI and OECD) supported greater continuity and effectiveness in delivering the work programme of Phase I.  Given that Phase II is ongoing and not expected to conclude within 2026, extending the current Co-Chair mandate is intended to ensure stability, maintain strategic momentum, and support the consistent delivery of IMP Phase II priorities. 3. For the branding of the Impact Materiality Matrix, which is your preferred approach?(Required)
During the AGM and LC S1 Meeting several branding options were discussed. Read all options and implication here. And Option 2 emerged as the more popular option as it provides more time to consider a potential joint governance mechanism in the future, while allowing flexibility for those Partners wishing to already endorse and engage with the resource.
